Receipt of Payment:

Receipt of payment is required within four (4) calendar days of the closing of the auction. If payment is not received after four days, the transaction will be canceled. 

Packages are usually shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt (excluding Saturday/Sunday).

Shipping costs for all orders can be determined by the shipping calculator in this auction. All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS.

Items listed as Local Pickup Only will not be shipped under any circumstances. Local pickups must be picked up within 30 days after payment is made. After 30 days the item will be considered abandoned and the property of ezAuctioning. 

International buyers, please be aware that you may incur a brokerage and/or customs fee upon delivery. The winning bidder is responsible for all custom fees and taxes. We reserve the right to choose a carrier based on shipping method selected at time of payment.

All orders shipped outside of the U.S. will be shipped via eBay's international shipping program. As a result, we will not be able to offer combined shipping for most sales leaving the United States. Please keep this in mind when placing your bids.  

ezAuctioning is not the owner of these goods, but merely a bailee acting on behalf of the seller to facilitate the sale of the goods by holding the goods until such time as a sale is completed and the goods are shipped to the buyer.

ezAuctioning has used its best efforts to inspect the item(s) for sale and create descriptions and furnish photographs that fairly and adequately depict the type, condition and image of the goods at the time of sale. ezAuctioning makes no express or implied warranties or representations regarding the condition or suitability of the goods and to the extent allowed by law, specifically disclaims any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to any warranty of merchantability or fitness for purpose.

All auctions include the items described within the auction. No additional items are included. 

ezAuctioning reserves the right to cancel bids on any item due to feedback.

Purchases may be subject to sales tax. Please note that sales tax added by eBay cannot be removed by ezAuctioning.
