Returns & exchanges:

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations.  Contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Items you would like to return or exchange must be in the same condition and packaging as originally shipped.

Items must be shipped back within: 30 days of delivery.

A request to cancel must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

We ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  . All orders placed prior to 6am CT on a shipping day will be shipped that day.  Orders from Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday, unless Monday is a USPS holiday.

1 inch = 2.54 cm, 1 cm = 0.39 inch.  

Due to different measuring methods, the measuring errors within 0.5 cm are inevitable and acceptable. Fashion jewelry size is universal size, fits most all.
