Products are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment on weekdays. For orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, items will be sent out on the following business day.

The estimated delivery time ranges from 4 to 7 business days, contingent on the destination region. Our shipping partner is UPS Ground Service. PROLAST Auto Parts, LLC is not accountable for inaccurate or undeliverable addresses. Please double-check your shipping address during the checkout process.

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping will be on the seller.

Our GOLD line products, presented in gold packaging, are eligible for a 10-year warranty. 

The Silver line products, packaged in silver box, come with a 5-year warranty. 

Defective items within the warranty period will be replaced, contingent upon their availability in our inventory. In instances where the items are not in stock, a refund of the purchase price will be issued upon the buyer's return of the original item.

The warranty solely covers the item's cost; PROLAST AUTO PARTS LLC bears no responsibility for installation costs or any associated fees like labor, towing, additional repairs, or related expenses.
