Excellent condition true 1st edition, published in 1910 and part of the collectible Harrap Myths series. Boards close to excellent with only mild bumps to edges, very little rubbing. Featuring the original embossed cover and spine with gilt design. Binding very firm, top edge gilt, text block has original deckled fore edge, no loose leaves, some mild foxing to the fore edge. Pages are very good with no tears or creases, like it has barely been read, some mild foxing predominantly to earlier pages, owners inscription to paste down.
