This piece is an original watercolor architectural cityscape painting signed by a local Bay City MI artist. This is one of the few paintings listed in my shop that are not my work as I don't typically do architecture :). It has a soft look with lots of beautiful detail. It even has a surprise portrait study on the back that wasn't finished!
