This curious offering has hung on a biker's toolbox for decades with no notion where it came from.    

Diagonally, it measures close to 3 inches.  appears to be tin, some lightweight base metal, with a few marks here and there.  

Very likely a touristy piece offered along Route 66, yet fun enough..
