It is like a Ropey type material (hard to describe - kind of like soft twine)
Sold by the bag (which looks small) but goes a really long way.
We recommend you place this is a larger bag to open and pull apart (inside the bag) otherwise it goes everywhere.
Place a little inside your packaging box and nestle your products in.
Looks lovely and stops your soaps / candles moving about.
