Reuge Vintage Cigarette Lipstick Carousel Pagoda .
This reuge is in excellent vintage condition. The music plays when you slide the blue button to the left and open the carousel/pagoda.
It measures 9.25 inches tall by 5.5 inches wide. If you are a pagoda collector, it is a pretty addition to display. I purchased it from an English seller.
It is most likely made in Japan, but there is not a mark.
One scratch is on the back and is shown in the last picture.
