WARNINGS AND NOTICES

1. RETURNS

We do NOT offer returns unless is the item is faulty, which is highly unlikely due to our testing procedures when listing and before sending any item.

2. SECURITY

All of our items we sell are security marked.

3. TRY TO MAKE SURE THE PART YOU HAVE ORDERED IS CORRECT

Please make sure that firstly, you have purchased the correct part and that you are confident in detecting the correct faulty item. Sometimes a fault can be due to several items being faulty. For instance when there has been a liquid spillage, this could cause one or more faults to the following, Motherboard, Keyboard, Screen and maybe others. Buying parts that you are NOT sure will fit or are incorrect or you have multiple faults with the Laptop is YOUR responsibility NOT ours. We are quite happy to help you where we can.  

4. FALSE CLAIMS

Some unscrupulous buyers purchase items from us and then find that the part does NOT rectify their fault or does NOT fit, then ask to return the item as being faulty or the wrong item was sent out. Of course if we have sent out the wrong item or the item is, when testing found to be faulty, we will of course pay for the return label and give you a full refund. If an item is returned without our security marks or stickers, we will NOT give any refund and will report you to Ebay and ban you from purchasing any of our listings in the future. If we find that the returned item is NOT faulty, then we will report you to Ebay, give you a refund less the postage to you and the return postage to us and ban you from buying any item from us in the future.

5. NOTES ON MOTHERBOARD REPLACEMENT IF PURCHASED.

You will note that the Motherboard you received is protected with an anti-static covering to protect against static build up, so please make sure you take the necessary precautions whilst handling and fitting the Motherboard.  Please ensure that when you are dismantling your Laptop, that as soon as you can reach the Battery, disconnect it and of course remove the charger if connected. With some of the smaller Laptops it can be difficult to do this but it must be done as soon as possible and of course try to make sure that when rebuilding the the Laptop that the Battery is reconnected as near the end of the rebuilding as possible.
