Why does the shower head keeps falling down and it doesn't securely hold on the bracket?

Probably you have the connections on the wrong ends. Switch the conical end to the shower head and it will fit in the holder.

The water pressure is too low, is there any way to improve it?

Besaquo shower head with 5.04'' big panel is engineered to maximize water pressure with Air-in Pressurized Technology that is against low pressure shower head. However, you can reinstall handheld shower head to meet your pressure preference.

Why doesn't the pause mode shut off the water completely?

Considering the internal pressure balance, the pause mode will not completely shut off the water. It keeps water temperature what you want. Easy to use and save water, which brings you more convenience.

Why does it leak?

If the bracket is leaking, it could possible be due to the white plastic open O-ring of the bracket that is loose during the long-term transit. You will need to reinstall the bracket by following the steps below.

How can I install the flow restrictor, if water pressure is too strong?

1. Turn the shower head with the handle up so you can see the inlet of the shower head. 2. Gently put in the flow restrictor (the black circle should be upward). 3. Reassemble the shower head.
