Nice Vintage 4th Medical Group Challenge Coin.  Front:  Medical Cross Emblem in Center (blue background and red cross), "USAF MEDICAL SERVICE SEYMOUR JOHNSON AFB, NC" encircling, brown/gold background and lettering; Reverse:  Emblem for 4th Medical Group with their name in ribbon, "4TH MEDICAL GROUP SEYMOUR JOHNSON AFB, NC." encircling, also brown/gold background and lettering; in good condition; however please note there is a small scratch in the letter N of JOHNSON on front.  Measures approx 1-1/2" diameter.  Please see pic's for greater detail.
