Shipping Policy

We ship via USPS the same day you order. Cutoff time is 2pm PST Monday - Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff time will go out the following business day. Order tracking information will be provided once the item has shipped. Delivery estimate is typically 1 - 5 business days. 5 business days is 1 week. For example, if you order on Friday after 2pm, your order will dispatch on Monday and 1 -5 days estimates that your package will arrive before the following Tuesday. Remember, we don't drive the truck and are not responsible for any loss due to transit delays. In the extremely rare case that your package is delayed more than 3 weeks we will refund or reship at your discretion.
Return & Refund Policy

Please never click RETURN ITEM without contacting us first! We value your satisfaction and are committed to resolving this matter promptly. If eBay gets involved there are several additional steps required and resolution takes much longer. All items must be returned in the same condition as received. Once a tire has been mounted, it can not be resold as new condition. Returns are processed within 1-2 business days upon return. Return shipping must be paid for by the buyer unless there is a defect in the manufacturing of the product, damage during transit, or we make a mistake in shipping your order. These are very rare occurrences, but accidents do happen. Please double-check with us if you have any questions about if this tire will fit on your motorcycle.
