We sold this member EXACTLY what was photographed and detailed in specifics and they would NOT take responsibility for NOT looking at photos carefully before buying and disrespectfully demanded a full refund with a threatening ultimatum to involve eBay in 24 hours if we didn?t fully refund. Maybe if they had approached it in a more polite manner we would have granted the courtesy and accepted a return and given a refund, BUT never would we pay return shipping unless it was our actual fault. However, under NO circumstances, will we tolerate disrespect from ANYONE. We would sooner lose our entire eBay membership. My advice as a fair, but firm eBay member for 25 years is, do NOT do business with anyone who you don?t like. eBay only works if we take responsibility for our own mistakes and respect the individual members? own terms, and don?t involve eBay unless the other member is ABSOLUTELY TRULY at fault. Otherwise, it makes us simply drones of eBay and not independent businesses and customers. eBay?s only involvement should be in the case of undeniable fraud and maintaining the platform. Otherwise leave us alone or you will just push sellers to leave the eBay format altogether.

Everything written here is because it has happened to us more than once. And the more recent the update date, the more recent someone came up with a new way to make it worse for everyone.
Our promise to you as an almost 25-year-old store on eBay, with nearly perfect feedback since 2000, is that you will get exactly what is described and photographed. But make NO mistake. This is OUR store, NOT eBay?s. They facilitate it. WE run it. And we would sooner stop selling here than put up with buyers that we do not like. So we run OUR store OUR way. And as long as you do not violate any of our rules, we will be good.
Where does this and all other things said here, that may seem harsh and aggressive, come from. Too many BAD experiences over our quarter century buying and selling on eBay. If you are a good buyer, then you have nothing to worry about. If not, go elsewhere.

SCAMMERS & CROOKS: Do not bother. Especially those looking to cause trouble on a local pickup item, like the guy that was attempting to rob us on a local pickup. We assure you, precautions have been taken, and it will not end well for you.
RESELLERS: We are selling to end users, collectors, retail customers. We do not price for resellers, so do not ask us to lower our price so you can resell it. We will not willingly sell to you. And if you misrepresent yourself by NOT disclosing you are a reseller and we find out, you will be blocked from buying from us and reported to eBay. We WILL push the issue.
EVERYONE: Do NOT message us about a lower price. We may eventually change the price to be lower or higher, and you can make offer above the minimum, but no matter what, do not ask us to change the price for you. You cannot offer less or negotiate at Walmart, so do not do it here. If you do, we instantly add you to our blocked list and you cannot buy from us ever again.
ITEMS SOLD AS IS: View photos carefully. You can zoom in & see details. Ask questions. NO returns or exchanges. No exceptions. We would rather eBay permanently block our account then be forced to accept a return or exchange that we don?t agree is justified. So before you bid, offer, or buy, you MUST ask us ANY questions you have or could potentially have. Once the item(s) are in the hands of the shipper, the item is yours & NO refunds will be willingly given by us without truly just cause as WE, and NOT eBay determines it.
IMMEDIATE PAYMENT WITHIN 24 HOURS REQUIRED ON ALL LISTINGS, ALL THE TIME, EVEN IF EBAY DOES NOT: Do NOT bid or offer on any item(s) unless you currently have available funds or credit to pay for your purchase. ITEMS WILL BE SENT IN A PADDED ENVELOPE OR BOX depending on the items size and fragility. Shipper is responsible after that.
ITEMS WILL SHIP AS SOON AS WE CAN, but usually within the STATED AND EBAY ALLOWED 5 business days after payment is received by eBay. That does NOT include weekends, holidays, time away from eBay, or shipper hours closed or other shipper issues. Please wait a minimum of 7 days and see it has not shipped before contacting us.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
We only ship through eBay global shipping program where we ship to eBay and they ship to you. And you are solely responsible for any concerns on your end, including custom fees, taxes, etc. And any complaints beyond that is the sole responsibility of eBay, NOT us. That is why we use the eBay global sipping program. Do NOT ask us to bypass it. We won?t.
SHIPPING INSURANCE Shipping insurance is usually included depending on shipping method we choose. It is not always the shipping company that is listed in each auction. Also, since Items can be worth at least twice what we are selling them for, if they are lost or damaged in shipping and insurance is involved, and either of us files a claim, we should be compensated the same as you. Why should we lose our valuable item and have to refund you, and you are the only one to get further compensated for something we did not do. As such we are entitled to at least half the insurance money recovered. If that is a concern for you, you can NOT purchase the item. Furthermore, we pack everything very carefully and are therefore NOT responsible for any costs or problems associated with the insurance claim process including denial of your claim.
IF THERE ARE ANY ISSUES YOU MUST contact us by eBay message BEFORE leaving a neutral or negative feedback, & BEFORE contacting eBay, & if we determine your concern is justified, we will do our best to resolve the issue to the best of our ability for a fair an equatable transaction for everyone. NOT just favorable to you as buyer.
TIME AWAY: We take regular time away from eBay and set an eBay message to notify buyers we are unavailable. eBay should be notifying buyers that items will not ship immediately. We are NOT responsible if eBay does not do that, or you do not see that. We see it and constantly confirm it on our end. And any negative or neutral feedback given as a result of delay in shipping while we are away will be reported to eBay as fraudulent feedback and will negatively impact YOU the buyer, and NOT us the seller, if you give it. Again, we are NOT Amazon. We work hard at this and we need breaks to live our lives.
