  • Shipping: Your purchase will be dispatched via secure, trackable, and fully insured delivery. You will receive a notification notifying you of shipment, along with a tracking number. We aim to dispatch within one working day of payment being received. We offer international shipping though please be aware that you, the buyer, are responsible for all import and customs fees if applicable.
  • Returns Policy: If you decide you would like to return an item we have a 30 day no quibble returns policy. Items must be returned in unworn, unused condition. We do ask that you contact us first to see if we can find a solution to any problems prior to returning.
  • Condition: Items not described as new or unworn are pre-owned and would have been cleaned and polished by a member of our team. There may be slight scratches or signs of wear commensurate with age.
  • Packaging: All products will be presented in a jewellery presentation box. Occasionally a branded item will have its original box, which will be shown in the listing. Items without original packaging will be sent in our own branded jewellery boxes.
  • Sizing: Our rings can be resized to fit any finger. Please ask for further details. All sizes, weights and stone qualities are taken from the included certification where possible. If not, they are estimates based on our experience and as such do not constitute a contract.

PLEASE NOTE: Watches that are AVAILABLE TO ORDER are ordered from an external supplier on a bespoke per-order basis. Due to this, returns are regrettably not possible. Please ensure that you are happy with your choice of watch PRIOR to placing your order. You may receive a form that requires an electronic signature after placing your order acknowledging that you agree to this. We recommend viewing the watch in person beforehand.
