1903 Framed Oil Pastel Street Art Portrait Minneapolis, MN in Need of Repair

Both the frame and the portrait itself have serious signs of damage and are in need of repair.  There is water damage to the paper.  The frame has much damage, though it is still somewhat sturdy.

This is a compelling and interesting image that I imagine would have been a street art portrait of a businessman or perhaps governmental official by A.J. Ostlund.

I have found no information regarding the artist at this time.

21.5" x 16.75" including frame
