Pokemon New Year Present Fan Club 2000 Japanese Promo Card. The address on the back is in tact. I am covering it to protect the privacy of the original owner. It is common for the address on these postcards to be covered by permanent marker or tape, damaging the card. This rare example has the original address fully in tact, never having been covered. This card was originally a prize that was mailed directly to the recipient as a postcard, meaning that it survived transit in the Japanese mail system 26 years ago. It is very difficult to find, even with a damaged address section. It is extraordinarily rare to find one in this original, untampered condition. This is the only copy of its kind (as of January 2026) available on eBay. All other copies have marked address sections. It is illustrated by Tomokazu Komiya. It is the most scarce card he has illustrated. Condition is eBay TCG “Moderately Played (Very Good)”:

This is an oversized card that is the size of a typical postcard. It is not the size of a standard pokemon TCG card (smaller).
