Small vintage pinback- approx. 0.75" diameter- "Patriotic League"-probably from the WW1 timeframe, and probably before WW2. Made by the Manee Co., Malden, Mass. -has local Union logo- Allied Lithographers of America (?) Boston.
The Patriotic League appears to have been in existence around or after WW1- they had posters with a Pledge that starts with: "I Pledge to express my patriotism by doing better than ever before whatever work I have to do.".
Celluloid front has some small age spots on the front. The paper liner in the back has very little wear, some slight age marks under the edges.Good condition, minor age wear.Pin in the back functions well, minor, expected oxidation to the exposed metal on the back.
