Neat old Ottoman copper coated tinned plate. This is hand carved with designs and symbols. I don’t know this particular platter’s history but I’ve seen similar pieces labeled as from the 1700’s. There’s a symbol or design on the bottom center of the back that might be a sort of signature by the maker. It’s striking in person and has an amazing patina. I could see it framed in a shadow box or used for anything small so you can still admire the engravings.

There is extensive wear and loss of copper finish. The piece has damage toward the edges, etc. please see pictures for condition detail.
