Book itself in pristine condition - I took pics of examples of the worksheets you can make.  I never had any problems with the CD working, but unfortunately my current Macbook Air does not have a CD drive to be able to test it, so selling the CD accompaniment "AS IS".  I don't see any reason why it wouldn't work anymore.
