WHEEL SPINS TRUE. THE CHROME IS NOT GREAT, BUT GOOD ENOUGH FOR A RIDER. THERE IS SOME RUST ON THE INNER EDGE WHERE THE TIRE TOUCHES THE RIM. THERE IS A GOUGES AND A SMALL DENT VERY CLOSE TO EACH OTHER...THEY ARE BARELY NOTICEABLE WHEN THE TIRE IS MOUNTED
