Please check your local customs policy before purchase. We can help minimize tax issues if requested. If you reject the package due to tax issues, you must pay shipping cost + 10% restocking fee. 2. If held in local customs If your package is held, contact local customs and FedEx/Post Office. If needed, we can send documents via eBay message. If the package is returned due to unpaid tax or failed delivery (wrong address, no receiver), buyer pays full shipping + 10% of item total. |

If below applies: - Restocking fee + shipping cost deducted. - Any used/opened items. - Damaged products (not due to manufacturer fault). - Missing parts or severe damage = no refund.
