Shipping Info:

• All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after payment has cleared.

• For Free Shipping items, this applies to Contiguous US ONLY (lower 48 states). If the item specifies a shipping cost, that amount is for shipping to Contiguous US ONLY.  For shipping outside the Contiguous US, prospective buyers must provide a complete address in order to receive an accurate shipping quote.

• If the item specifies a SHIPPING COST, that takes precedence over any mentioning of ?free shipping? throughout the listing.

• For Worldwide Shipping - use eBay's Global Shipping Program, or email/eBay message for shipping cost BEFORE purchasing.

• Not Responsible for Uninsured items that are lost or damaged by the U.S. Postal Service or alternate shipper.

Payments:

• We accept any of eBays approved payment methods. In certain cases different payment arrangements can be made PRIOR to purchasing.

• All payments must be received within 48 hours of auction ending. After 72 hours an unpaid item case is automatically opened by eBay.

• For Buy it Now items - Immediate Payment is Required.

Returns & Refunds:

• Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging, parts, and paperwork included. Items must be in a re-saleable condition.

• Returns must be authorized first. Please contact me for a RA# (return authorization #) before returning any items. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery via eBay messaging if the item is not working or is misrepresented. All returns must arrive within 30 days of delivery for refund or exchange.

• Our return policy covers DOA, Defective, and Misrepresented items only. Buyer is responsible for making sure the part is compatible and fits your needs BEFORE purchasing. If you have any doubts, contact us for more info BEFORE bidding or purchasing. The buyer has an obligation to cooperate with seller to verify a defective item. Before returning, please double check to make sure the item is installed or being used properly, consult seller to see if proper procedures are being followed.

• For Free Shipping items, the actual cost of shipping & handling will be deducted from the purchase price.

• For returns that are not DOA, Defective, or Misrepresented, there will also be a 20% restocking fee deducted from purchase price.

• All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival. The refund is granted if inspection confirms your complaint. All products must be returned in original packaging with all paperwork and accessories, and in a re-saleable condition. Refunds will be sent via eBay only.
