In 2012, Canada ceased production of all one cent coins, and has been actively pulling them from circulation to reclaim the metals used in their production.  These coins are becoming increasingly harder to get.  Common dates are becoming hard to find, and key dates and varieties are next to impossible to get in any quantities.
If you are looking to stockpile any dates, you have found the right place.  I have rolls of all dates from 1960-2012, all gone through to create full rolls by date.  I have identified and separated by major varieties, such as magnetic or not, and common identifying factors such as P or no P, but have not searched for the key varieties, such as doubling or large/small bust, etc......that is for you to search and have fun with.
