All parts are carefully inspected and/ or tested to ensure functionality and come with a 30-day standard warranty. This warranty only applies to parts listed as "New" or "Used" only. It does not apply to parts listed for parts only, repair, or damaged items. If the "New" or "Used" part fails to operate within the warranty period we will replace the part with a functionally equivalent part or refund the part purchase price, at our option. No guarantee of color match for any parts. Warranty does NOT cover labor, diagnostics, towing, rental car, or any other expense related to an item being defective/damaged.
RETURNS:
We offer a 30-day return policy. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to let us know you will be initiating a return. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless otherwise stated in the listing and/or unless part is not as described, defective and/ or damaged or returned as a result of seller error. Parts returned as a result of buyer error, including but not limited to fitment, compatibility, misdiagnosis or a 'change my mind' will only be refunded the original cost of the part and may incur an additional 15% restocking fee. All parts must be returned complete with all original components in the same condition as shipped. That means if it was a new part in a sealed package, it must be returned in the original sealed package. Refunds will only be processed after receipt and satisfactory inspection of return. No refunds for labor or installation.

Buyer is responsible for determining compatibility of part. Please contact your local dealer if there are any doubts about fitment and/ or compatibility. Seller assumes responsibility for compatibility only when expressly stated in auction. Part numbers listed in auction represent actual part number as stamped on part or represent an updated, superseded or interchange part number. Modules and electronic components sometimes require programming to work correctly.
