This is a sealed copy of Final Fantasy VII / 7 (Japanese Version) for the PS1 graded at WATA 9.8, A+.  This copy is only one point away from a "perfect" CGC score of CGC 9.8, A++.  The game box and seal are in immaculate condition per the CGC 9.8, A+ grade.

This is the first released copy of this game as the American version was released several months later. This game is one of the most iconic RPG's of all time. It was instrumental in popularizing RPGs across the world and has majorly influenced gaming history in general.  This legendary game which is part of the largest game remake project in history is a must have for collectors.
