No Scales(ruler)!!! The plastic joints have some cracks thou thou drawing machine is intact and moves free,but not sure how the cracks will behave with time.

 Small-sized drawing device “PChM” is designed to perform various drawing and graphic works on a board with an inclination angle of not more than 15 degrees to the table plane.

 The drawing instrument consists of two articulated parallelograms formed by two pairs of rods. The upper rods are pivotally attached to the bracket, with which the device is attached to the board. The lower rods are pivotally connected to the drawing head, which has a device for its rotation and fixation. Two drawing rulers are attached to the head, located at an angle of 90 degrees. When the trigger is pressed, the latch disengages, and the head can be rotated to the required angle, counted from the degree divisions of the protractor. The latch secures the head every 15 degrees. Fixing the head on the intermediate divisions is carried out by rotating the lock clockwise.
