SHIPPING: 






Once you've placed an order, you will receive an Order Acknowledgement email to confirm your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email.





The shipping choices available from are estimates and do not guarantee the date of delivery. Your package will be processed using the selected shipping method, typically within one business day of your order being approved (depending on Product availability and the time of day your order is submitted).





In order to avoid any additional return shipping charges, make sure that a household member is there to receive your package.

1. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?


We aim to ship orders on the same or next business day. Once shipped, delivery will take 2-3 business days depending on your location.






2. Where can I track my order?


Once we have shipped your order, we will send you notification that your order has been shipped which will include the courier's details and your tracking number.








3. I've ordered the wrong item or I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?


Unfortunately, as we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, we are unable to cancel an order after it has been paid for. If you would like to cancel your order before it has been paid for, please contact us.








4. I don't like my item or I've ordered the wrong item. Can I return it?


If you change your mind, or you have ordered the wrong item, you can return this to us within 30 days of receiving it. Please note that only items that are unopened, with the seal intact will be refunded.








5. There is something wrong with my item. Can I get a replacement or a refund?


If you are experiencing technical issues with your item or there is something wrong, please contact us and we will try to resolve this for you.








6. What is my warranty on a NEW product?

ORDER CANCELLATION:


Orders that have already been processed by our shipping department cannot be cancelled unless the item is unavailable, and if you wish to return the item you are responsible for all additional shipping charges to and from Turtle Beach.






RETURN POLICY: 


We will only exchange Products that are defective or damaged. Refunds for all Products purchased through this Site are honored until 30 days after the purchase date. Shipping charges are not refundable. If a Product is defective according to our manufacturing specifications, we will replace it. Any non-defective product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.






RETURN/REFUND PROCEDURES: 


In order to request a refund, please send an email with your order number in the subject line. A sales representative will apprise you of your return eligibility and/or any additional action(s) that must be taken. You may then be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (?RMA?) number that will be emailed to you with further instructions. You must ship the merchandise back to Turtle Beach with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Include the packing slip and a copy of the order in the package. Packages without a valid RMA number are refused by our receiving department and returned to sender at the sender?s expense. We must receive the return within 20 days after you receive your RMA number. The RMA number will expire on the 21st day after it was issued, at which time any returned Product will be refused. Please ship the Product back to us via a traceable method (FedEx is recommended). If there's a problem with one of our products that is still in warranty, we're happy to replace that product with the same model. The Warranty refers to the repair/replacement of a defective product during this period and not a refund. Accidents or misuse are not covered by this Warranty. WARRANTY SERVICE:


Our warranty refers to the repair or replacement of a defective item during the warranty period and not a refund. We offer a 1-year warranty for all new Turtle Beach items and 90 Day warranty for Turtle Beach refurbished items.








PRODUCT FUNCTIONALITY:


All products are designed for the operating systems, platforms and associated hardware that are listed on their boxes and on our Site under ?System Requirements.? Use of our products with unlisted operating systems or platforms is not recommended, is not supported and does not constitute reason for a refund or reimbursement of any kind. Turtle Beach  makes no warranties that our products will function as expected in unconventional or problematic system configurations. Likewise, Turtle Beach does not provide any guarantees for compatibility with third-party items.








CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES:


Claims for damages or errors must be made within 5 days of receipt. Claims for damages must first be reported to the delivering carrier (save all packing and cartons). We are not responsible for any damage to any third-party items connected to our products.

Turtle Beach (?We?) reserves the right to change these Terms of Sale without prior written notice and at the sole discretion of Turtle Beach. The Terms of Sale were most recently updated in April 2021.

These Terms of Sale are applicable only to orders by and for residents of the United States.

SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER:

An order placed by you in accordance with these Terms of Sale may only be placed through the Site. All orders for Products are subject to acceptance by Turtle Beach. We reserve the right to limit, reject, modify or cancel orders at our sole discretion. Information contained in our advertisements, brochures, other written materials or websites, or information given to you by our agents or employees, constitutes an invitation to bargain only, and does not constitute an offer by us to supply any Product. If we accept your order, we will notify you via email in an order confirmation issued by us to you indicating acceptance of your order (an "Order Confirmation").

All orders placed after 3:00pm EST, regardless of shipping option, are processed the next business day (Monday-Friday). We only ship domestically. We cannot ship to a PO box for Ground, Expedited or Priority shipments. We observe all US national holidays.

Before you submit your order, please verify that all the information you entered is correct. If you make a mistake entering your email address, your Order Confirmation, which contains valuable purchase information such as your order number and receipt of payment, will be delivered to the incorrect email address. Double check your information before you submit your order.

ORDER CHANGES:

Because of the quick turnaround times with which we ship orders, we cannot change orders after they have been submitted. If you wish to make changes to the delivery destination, you must contact the shipping vendor directly.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

Within minutes after your order is submitted, you should receive a confirmation email with your order number. You must save this confirmation email for your records.

SEVERABILITY:
