I AM TYPE 1 DIABETIC - Card and Lanyard - 6 colour combinations

These cards are a great way to let people know you suffer from diabetes. Our cards give others the opportunity to see your condition and potentially help you if you require assistance. 

Our lanyards are 15mm in width and have a safety release clip so they will break free if caught or tangled.

The card holders are made with recycled plastic and hold a 0.2mm thick plastic card which can be wiped clean and sanitised.

6 colour versions to choose from - please note that colours may vary from the item and from screen to screen.

SHIPPING IS FREE - sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class.
(Please note this is a 2-3 day service, but can take a little longer in some instances.)

We also offer a tracked service via RM T48, which we recommend to guarantee your item is tracked and insured.
