Vtg RARE Freundlich? Googlie Eyed Military Police MP Doll Leather Body 18” H

Vintage 1940s soldier doll. Approx 18” H. Self standing. I believe the body is leather & the face is some type of composite, possibly leather. Ralph Freundlich style face with big googlie eyes. Freundlich didn’t mark his dolls, so hard to verify. Self standing. MP written on one arm band.

Face is worn & black in spots. Large stitching in back around neck - most likely a repair. Worn in spots - especially under arms. Hat is removable.
