Outer jacket is in overall excellent condition, not 100% mint, but very nice

The vinyl is new, but doesn't have shrink wrap (just an outer sleeve)  It was never shrink wrapped and arrived with just the outer sleeve.  The Vinyl itself has never been removed from this outer sleeve.
