True vintage B&L Ray-Ban Bausch & Lomb USA Polyanna sunglasses replacement lenses circa 1960s. Made in USA. New old stock and never worn, but has imperfections from storage.

Left lens is in mint condition. Right lens has 4mm scratch on the lower inside of lens. G15 dark gray green mineral glass. 100% UV protection. Non-prescription.
