DELIVERY & RETURNS

For Home Delivery, we use Evri for the majority of our domestic parcel deliveries.

Most orders are with you within 1-3 working days.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds (Monday to Friday). We occasionally list products which are special order items and therefore dispatch time will be slightly longer, if this is the case, we will update you via eBay Messages with the expected delivery date.

Express delivery options:

An express delivery option is available for £3.99 on selected items with Evri.

An express delivery option is available for £5.99 on selected items with DPD.

If your order is placed before 2 PM (Monday to Friday) and is in stock, items will be sent the same day and delivered within 2 working days (for some out of areas postcodes, deliveries might take slightly longer).

PLEASE NOTE: All deliveries are made by courier and will require a signature. The courier will try and deliver the item twice before returning the item to us. Please ensure someone is present to sign for the item. Should the item be returned to us we will have to charge for re-delivery.

We run an automated ordering system so please ensure your correct shipping address is selected on the PayPal / eBay checkout as we can only send to the address that comes through. This is an eBay policy.

For orders cancelled after dispatch you must follow our returns procedure. You are responsible for both the outgoing and return postage costs.

Orders Delayed/Missing in Transit

We promise we'll do everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the time-frame specified. Occasionally events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed whilst it is with the courier and we cannot be held responsible for such delays.

All parcels are fully insured and if your parcel is lost or delayed, let us know and we'll act quickly to locate it, bearing in mind the points below. All claims for missing items must be made within 28 days of the date of your order.

What do I do if I have not received my delivery?

Please send us a message via eBay Messages, and we'll get back to you as quickly as possible with an update and tracking information.

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take?

All of our listings have free delivery to UK mainland addresses (please see exclusion list for out of area zones) and use our standard 1-3 day delivery service. Please note that we do not dispatch orders on weekends.

What happens if I'm not at home to accept delivery?

If you are not available to sign for your delivery, the courier will leave a card to advise that delivery has been attempted. To re-arrange delivery or arrange to collect the parcel, please follow the instructions on the card.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

CarPartsBargains offer a 60 day returns policy; exclusions apply. Please return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that all packages are securely wrapped. You must include a copy of your delivery note in with your item(s), as this is the proof of purchase. Failure to do so will delay your refund.

Clearly mark your eBay username on the outside of the package before returning your item.

Unless otherwise stated in our eBay return policy, buyers are responsible for return postage costs where applicable.

CarPartsBargains will not accept responsibility for loss or damage of goods during transit, please ensure that the insurance cover option is taken where possible.

Upon receipt, all products will be inspected and at our discretion, credit may be refused.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us through eBay Messages as soon as possible so we can assist. Any claims after 24 hours will be dismissed for a claim.

We are fully compliant with the Distance Selling regulations.

Certain products are treated specially for legal and/or health and safety reasons, It is important for your own and our couriers' safety that they are followed. As well as the above procedures the below must also be adhered to.

WARRANTY

All the products we sell would have a minimum of 12 months warranty (unless otherwise stated), in the very unlikely event that you have a problem with any product you have purchased from us, then please contact us via eBay messages.

If goods become faulty during the warranty period for reasons unconnected with your acts, omissions, or misuse, please contact us through eBay Messages with a description of the fault. We will advise you on the next steps for your warranty claim. Such Goods shall be returned to the manufacturer for review and testing. Based on the manufacturers' opinion and further subject to clause 14.5 and 14.6, we will repair, (or at our sole option) replace such Goods with the same or superior Goods, without charge or not provide any of the aforementioned. The manufacturer's opinion shall be final and binding and we shall have no further liability to you. If Goods become faulty after expiry of the Warranty, and you request that we replace or repair such Goods, then we shall charge our then standard list price for such repair or replacement.

Your sole remedy in respect of a failure of the Goods to comply with the Warranty is as set out in the Warranty Conditions.

We may require the item and any relevant packaging to be returned for inspection. If this is necessary, we will provide instructions through eBay Messages.

We will have no liability with regard to any claim in respect of which you have not complied with the claims procedures in the Warranty Conditions.

The above warranty is given by us subject to us having no liability in respect of any defect arising from wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, tampering of the Goods, incorrect fitting of the Goods by you and/or a third party, abnormal working conditions, failure to follow our and/or the Goods' manufacturers' instructions (whether oral or in writing), misuse or alteration or repair of the Goods without our approval.

Unless otherwise stated in our eBay warranty or return policy, buyers are responsible for returning items required for warranty inspection.

Our procedures to manage data retention is to retain customer data for 7 years to support some of our parts warranty.

Data back-ups can take up to 60 days to remove specific data from the system.
