1) When will my item be shipped and how long will it take?

This item is despatched from our warehouse in 1 working day and the tracking number will be available in the following day. The delivery date will be 1 to 10 working days depends where you are from and where this item is located. Please turn to the "Postage and Payment" frame for details.

2) Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately, we can only despatch goods to the address registered with your Paypal account. Due to Paypal policy we can not change the address once payment has been received. Please ensure that you update your address details before ordering.

3) What happens if I miss my delivery?

In the unfortunate circumstances that you miss the courier's delivery attempt, you will have a card posted to let you know that delivery has been attempted. In this case, please call the courier company soonest possible to collect the goods or arrange the 2nd delivery. If you fail to reach the courier within some time your goods will be returned to us.

4) What happens if my item arrives damaged?

All of our items will be protected properly before shipment, but we do occasionally experience breakages or damages which has occurred during transit.
It is very important that you check your goods upon arrival. If any of your items are damaged, please take a clear photo of the outer packaging and of the actual damage to the item received and message this to us with a description of the damage via ebay inbox. We will then arrange for a replacement item to you as soon as possible. Please be assured that we will always replace goods that has been damaged during transport if reported to us within 7 days after delivery.

Please be sure the item is still brand new with original packing and accessories. Please take some photos showing the item and box, then send us. We will let you know the return details after checking your photos. Please well pack the item before shipping and return it  in 7 days. Please be sure the item is still brand new when we receive it, or we won't refund/exchange. Refund/exchange will be processed in 5-6 business days after receiving the item..
We advise you to check the items immediately when you receive it and contact us in 3 days if the item gets damaged. Please provide photos or video to show us the damaged part of the item and box(if the box didn't get damaged, just tell us).
