Condition is used. Wear and tear from age, use and storage. Scuffs, scratches, dirt, dust, grime, chipped and still chipping paint, worn finish, rust, tarnish, scratches on label, tape on drawer. Latch does work but needs a little Assistance by hand. No key included.
