Important Notice Before Returning

If your robotic vacuum does not work immediately upon arrival, please charge it fully and replace the remote control batteries before assuming a defect. These units may have been stored in our warehouse for some time, causing them to lose their charge. This is not a defect, so please do not initiate a return for this reason.

Additionally, please review the actual product photos that I personally took in my warehouse. These images accurately reflect the true condition of the items.
