This is where satire/humor comics started.  This comic is a reprint from 1952,  It is VG.....the cover is torn at the upper middle down, see pic.  Cover is still attached at the top staple.  Binder is good otherwise, off-white to white pages.  The back shows you the tear of the spine pretty well, see pic. 

There are graded ones in worse condition than this one going for over $200.  Get this one for half that.
