This leather bag is so cool! It converts from a duffle bag to a smaller shoulder bag or crossbody bag that is still functional by only unzipping the middle zipper! The leather is thinner and lightweight and the bag is not lined. The bag is in excellent condition (very minor wear to a couple of edges) although I will admit that I am not a fan of the hardware (the strap clips). I would probably change it out if I were keeping it and it appears that it would be easy to do so. There are lots of pockets on this bag and they have zipper closures. Folded down to a crossbody, it measures approximately 8.5" high, 10.5" wide, and 6.5" deep. The strap drop is 19" and it has a shoulder comfort pad attached. Opened, the duffle measures 23" long, 11" high, and 8" deep and has two top handles. You can still keep the shoulder strap in use although I don't know how comfortable it would be.
