Terms of service - by placing an order you agree and accept:

- Processing time: decoden phone cases need up to 15 days to dry out. We will send out your package as soon as possible. We cannot send when the cream is not fully set;

- Upon receiving the decoden case it is recommended to dry for 2 days before using on your phone;

- Every decoden product is made by hand, so we cannot guarantee that the product will be same as the one in product picture, and there may be small variances and imperfections. Every product is unique as a handmade item;

- Please keep away from children and pets and watch carefully for them not to put it in mouth;

- You can wash it or wipe it but do not put decoden products under direct sunlight or in high temperature;

- Do not put in dishwasher;

- Accessories: there might be instances where the specific accessories are unavailable and in such situations similar alternatives will be used;

- In the instance your phone case is not stocked eg older or rare models we will need to order in the case and this will add to the processing time. In such situations we will advise you accordingly;

- As custom made items we do not accept any returns and exchanges, please make sure to message us your correct phone model. If there is any problem when you receive the package, feel free to contact us.
