Very stiff – not sure if it was starched or what makes it stiff

I’ve downsized from a 12 foot tree to a small tree and no longer need all my ornaments

Local pickup is available.

Item must be returned in the same condition as when it was sold and if it tags were attached to the item when it was sold they must still be attached.

I do not adjust the price after you receive the item and you think it should have cost less. 

I usually do consider Best Offer.  However, I do not offer free shipping.  I do include a S&H fee in the shipping cost because of the cost of shipping materials and e-bay charges the seller a fee on the shipping cost and the selling price.
