This beautiful sculpture head of a man wearing It sports an elegant turban tied on the bottom topped with a curious lion's head spitting what seems to be a bundle of pearls. The beast has a look at least as fierce as this attendant and the animal's mane is as well represented as the man's beard with its neat curls. The lion has always been a symbol of strength, courage and majesty. The face sculpted in the round stone, with large eyes and a well-hemmed mouth as well as a long mustache in the Indian style. It's quite rare to find its representation on heads from Gandhara. Excellent sculptural work without visible restoration. Small losses and signs of erosion.
