Satin is made of wool and acetate. Made in France

Size says French 36 but waist is very tiny (24”?) Fits US 0-2

I tried to lightly press it inside out and it didn’t really do anything so I think taking to the dry cleaner would get the wrinkles out. I didn’t want to damage it.
