Complete set of CNC walnut blocks:

I offer excellent wooden walnut blocks produced on CNC machine. Size and number of blocks are according to plan of Revell models. And it is a replacement from plastic blocks from kit. By using these wooden blocks you'll build model with much better and realistic appearance. Look at attached photos with accomplished model with my wooden blocks!

3) wooden deck

Variants: beech (light) or oak (dark) - Please don't forget to choose variant you have chosen.
Material: veneer with thickness of 0.3mm, laminated

Description of veneer decks: Deck is trimmed to the veneer to match the historical facts. Design of peripheral boards called "Waterway". Laying of individual boards. Their endings to the waterway, especially on the bow so called "Hacking" and narrowing towards the rear. Marked pins by which were nailed to the deck-beams - beams holding the deck so called "Treeline". All these details according to practices at a given time during the construction of the ship. Veneer deck precisely fits on a plastic board of this model. There are cut out all the openings in the deck, as on the plastic part.


4) 25 Standard sewn sails

Material: Sailcloth, cloth – Batiste – 100% cotton, grammage is 125 g/m2. Cloth was prewashed to prevent cloth shrinking.            

Set of sails description: I offer beautiful sails sewed on CNC sewing machine. The sails are sewn, as determined US regulations that were based on English regulations. Templates sails I used from the book Anatomy of The Ship - The 44-gun frigate USS Constitution, "Old Ironside". In this book are also displayed drawings and can be found on my website.

Set of sails contains 25 sails. Set contains 11 yards sails, 9 staysails, 3 jib sails, Spanker and galf sails. Set do not contain Studding sails which you can buy separately!!

-    Upper bend on sails is in a standard way larger than the side and bottom bend. Course sails and topsails have lateral reinforced bends on fore and main mast.
-    Course and topsails on main and fore mast are strengthen by "Middle bands" - central strips.
-    Course sails on fore and main mast have "Bundline cloths", which are sewed from the bottom of the sail to the "Middle bands". "Bundline cloths" are sewed on spots where ropes were fastened so called "Buntline ropes", which were used for sail furling.
-    There is strengthening at the site of reef ropes fastening so called "Reef band". Number of reef strips depends on the number of reefs on sail. 
-    Topgallantsails, spritsails course and topsails and other smaller sails are strengthen.
All the aforementioned sails strengthening and linings are from the front side.
-    There are only linings from the back side of topsails (so called “Mast cloths“). These linings prevent wear and tear during chafing sails and Mast Top.
-    Staysails and Gibb sails are reinforced at the corners always from the right side when looking at the ship from stern as determined by regulations. Simultaneously staysails with vertical front edge are strengthened along the entire vertical edge.

5) Full set of 53 brass gun barrels

There are 30 long guns on the main gun deck.
18 pcs long 24-pounder English type guns with a length of 318cm
12 pcs short 24-pounder American type guns with a length of 288cm

On the upper deck there are:
one long gun - 24 pdr bow chaser

6) Set of wooden laser-carved gun carriages for upper deck (visible) guns
Carriages are manufactured in such a way that are very easy to be assembled! In addition, they have a reinforcement for easy and firm attachment to the deck of the ship!

for 6 pcs Carronades on bow of ship - 3 pcs sets of GC-004A
for 16 pcs Carronades on stern of ship - 8 pcs sets of GC-004B
for 1 pcs bow chaser on bow of ship - 1 pcs sets of GC-003

7) Gun hoist set
sets of 268 CNC walnut blocks, ropes, eyelets and hooks for hoist of the visible guns

There are 22 visible carronades on the upper ship decks. Each carronade has four hoists - two hoists on each side of the gun carriage for moving guns to the firing position. And next two hoists for setting the direction of firing.
Each hoist is made of SB1/3+2DB/3 blocks
Therefore it is needed these walnut blocks:
WaB-SB1/3 - 4*22= 88 pcs
WaB-DB2/3 - 4*22= 88 pcs
and ropes for guns hoist R-N25/20 - 1pcs, Breeching rope R-N75/20 - 1pcs

There are 6 long guns visible on both sides of the main deck. Each gun has three hoists - two on the sides of gun carriage for moving guns to firing position. And next one hoist in the back of gun for moving gun to charging position. The back hoist was on the gun only during battle. The hoist was hooked in the eyelets of the gun and the sides of the ship and in the eyelets on the deck of ship behind the gun.
Each hoist is made by SB1/3+2DB/3 blocks
Therefore it is needed these wooden blocks:
WaB-SB1/3 - 3*12= 36 pcs
WaB-DB2/3 - 3*12= 36 pcs
and ropes for guns hoist R-N25/20 - 1pcs,  Breeching rope R-N75/20 - 1pcs

Hooks and eyelets for gun hoists:

There are 22 visible Carronades on the upper decks of Constitution.
Each carronade has four hoist - two on the sides of the carronade in the forward section (to move the carronade into firing position), and two more hoist to adjust the direction of fire.
Each hoist contains 2x hooks PE-LH3/B
Also need 4 eyelets on the bort and on the gun carriage. 2 eyelets on the breeching rope. Total of 10 eyelets PE-LO1,5/B
Therefore the following hooks and eyelets are needed:
PE-LH3/B - 4*2*22 = 176 pcs of hooks height 3 mm
PE-LO1,5/B - 10*22 = 220 pcs of eyelets diameter 1,5 mm

There are 6 long guns on each side of the main gun deck:
Each gun has three hoists - two on the sides of the gun carriage (to move the halyard into firing position), one more hoist at the rear of the gun carriage (moving backwards to reload). The rear hoist was only on the gun carriage when the ship was in fighting position. The hoists were hooked into the bort and on the sides of the gun carriage and in the lug on the deck of the ship behind the gun carriage. Plus, the lugs for the Breeching rope. Total of 6 hooks PE-LH3/B and 8 eyelets PE-LO1,5/B
That's why you need these hooks and eyelets:
PE-LH3/B - 6*6 = 36 pcs.
PE-LO1,5/B - 8*6 = 48 pcs.

Hooks and eyes quantity in total:
PE-LH3/B - 176+36= 212 pcs = 4x set PE-LH3-60/B
PE-LO1,5/B - 220+48 pcs 268 pcs = 6x set PE-LO1,5/B

8) Authentic alternative stern for Revell plastic kit
The set includes resin castings of the stern of the ship, the hatches of the two lower gunports, and Davids - the lifeboat davit arms. And a photo-etch of the window grilles.
The set is based on the book The 44 - Gun Frigate USS Constitution by K. H. Marquardt. Here on p. 67 is a depiction of the 1812 appearance of the stern. The appearance corresponds to the same period as the kit of this ship.
The resin casting fits the plastic model of the ship exactly. This gives a true, realistic appearance of the model corresponding to the historical reality.

9) Cloth flags both side printed
Material: Very fine synthetic fibre
Design: The set consists of 2 printed sheets of flags. Flags are printed on both sides in full colour. We print the flags based on historical backgrounds available for each model. We determine the shape and size of the flags based on the historical material, the naval regulations of each country and the scale of the ship. Instructions for use can be found on web in "Instructions" section.

10) Draft scales
Draft scales description:
The draft scales showed the depth of the ship's draft. For example, if the water level is at the XX mark, the bottom of the ship is submerged to a depth of 20 feet.

In past centuries, Roman numerals were used for draft scales. The digits and space were one-half foot high. Together, the height of the numeral and the height of the space was 1 foot. This made it possible to determine a ship's draught to within half a foot. Keeping track of a ship's draught was very important when loading supplies and goods into a ship, to ensure that all the material was evenly distributed so that the ship did not, for example, list to one side or the other. Not to put too much strain on the bow or stern. However, it was also common for the ship to have a higher draft aft than forward.
