Electronic Returns Policy

All sales are considered final. However, in rare cases where returns are approved, the following conditions must be met:

✅ Eligibility for Return

• Items must be returned in the exact working condition as when originally shipped. Any item returned damaged, altered, or no longer functioning due to misuse will not be eligible for a refund.

• New and unopened items must be returned unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

  • If the seal has been broken or the packaging opened, the item will be considered used, and a deduction will be applied to the refund based on the current fair market value of the opened/used item.

⚠️ Important Notes

• Tampering, part swapping, or any indication of product abuse will void eligibility for return and refund.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping and must use a trackable service. Item must be received within 14 calendar days of return approval.

• Refunds will be processed after full inspection and confirmation that the item meets the above conditions.
