What a fun skirt!  The camera didn't pick up how sparkly and fab this really is.  Lined, too! So perfect for parties it HURTS!  This could go glam and classic, or punk with boots and band tees.  I love this piece!  Please check measurements carefully, as I don't do sizing returns.  Waist measures 28"-36", length from waist is 31".  In excellent, like-new condition!
