We will need the old unit back within 14 days from original purchase date. All units must be evaluated first in order to be eligible for core exchange credit. Core refunds will only be issued for repairable units. Not all units will be eligible for core credit.
Returns
CNC TOOLS must be contacted within 7 days of received item if planning to make a return. A 30% restocking fee will apply for returns. After receiving item, we will exchange for a similar item if in stock. A 30% restocking fee may apply if customer decides not to receive the exchange. Returned items must be insured and received in the same condition as it was received. We do not cover original and return shipping. Buyer has 30 days to return an item to receive a full refund minus original & returned shipping fees. If the customer declines our technical assistance or does not present the necessary evidence in the event that problems arise, we reserve the right to refuse a return.
