Product Description:

The Pt100 temperature transmitter utilizes a thermocouple or resistance as the temperature sensing element. It is typically used in conjunction with display, recording, and regulating instruments to measure the temperature of liquids, steam, gases, and solids across various industrial production processes (ranging from -50°C to 250°C).

The thermocouple or resistance sensor detects changes in thermal energy (resistance). These changes create an imbalance in the signal, which is processed by the temperature transmitter’s bridge circuit. The signal is then amplified and converted into a 4-20mA DC output for the connected instrument, allowing the temperature to be displayed.

This transmitter is widely applied in automation temperature control systems across industries such as metallurgy, machinery, petroleum, electricity, chemicals, light industry, textiles, and building materials, among others
