This is a very good used condition small orange crackle glazed bowl with gold trim on the edge that was made by Royal Copenhagen, Denmark 1969-1974. The date is determined by the line under the "G" indicated production from 1969-74. The piece is part of line number 212. The 212 line is very hard to come by. All piece I have found in my research have the 212 number on the top and then four numbers on the bottom. This piece is marked 212(top) 2724 (bottom). The pattern has been attributed to designer Thorkild Olsen (4 Jul 1890- 3 Apr 1973). The bowl is about 1 1/2 inches tall, about 3 1/16th inches across the top rim and about 2 1/2 inches across the foot. The piece is in very good used condition. There is a pinhead sized glaze chip that can be seen in the 1st and 2nd photos. The glaze is bright and shiny. The gold is even and complete on the rim.
