This pin features Lightning McQueen, from Cars, peeking over a license plate that says "Disney, IM SPEED, Fast State" with 2006 as the registration date in upper right. The license number represents the phrase, "I am speed!" This limited release pin is part of the Character License Plate mystery series released in 2010.
