Return Policy
Within 60 DAYS after receiving your parcel, we offer non-hassle 60 DAYS exchange(replace) only if your parcel is defective due to manufacturing problem. The faulty item will be exchanged for same model once the return guidelines are followed.
- We might ask buyer to test the item in order to elimanate improper use factor, buyer has responsibility to follow the test correctly.
- Any retrun must inform us first, sending back without return ID(given by LD customer service) will not be accepted.
- Customer is responsible for return postage, but we will cover all expense in sending replacement.
- We are not responsible for item lost during return.
- Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
- Item not defective after testing or wrong item ordered by buyer will be returned at buyer's.
