This item is Brand New and has never been opened or used. However, as you can see in picture 2 and 3, there is a slight divot in the seal, like it's been pushed in a bit. Additionally, there is some defect on the plastic in the same area, could be caused by damage or just how the plastic settled. Added a video for more clarity
